This position will report directly to the Sales Manager and is a New Business Developer for Landscape Maintenance Contracts encompassing the Dallas / Fort Worth Market. Candidates with Commercial Landscape Maintenance Sales experience will have an advantage but the company will seriously consider sales candidates that possess successful high ticket sales with long sales cycles. Most important skill/attribute to this sales position is the genuine enjoyment of professional networking and creating long-term relationships with prospective and current clients. Research, business networks, cold-calling, presentational skills and reporting are all required skills. Learning the specifics of Landscape Maintenance Sales can be part of the training given. Because commercial landscape maintenance sales is usually directed to property managers, property owners, commercial business parks, large corporations/facility departments and HOA organizations, sales professionals with sales backgrounds in property management, real estate, general contracting or specialty contracting may transfer their sales skills successfully. ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST SALES o Responsible for all areas of Bio arbor sales within, including selling, marketing, customer service and other non-selling tasks including, but not limited to, administration, production and training. o Sets up personal sales expectations with Sales Manager and prepares and works to meet those goals. o Prepares estimates within the BIO ARBOR Care bidding metrics and margins for potential customers. o Continually prospects for new business and keeps sales pipeline full. o Visits a minimum of four client properties, daily, to maintain good customer client relations.
