Job Title: ISA Certified Arborist Sales Company: BIO Landscape and Maintenance, Inc. Location: Houston, TX Description: ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST SALES o Responsible for all areas of Bio arbor sales within, including selling, marketing, customer service and other non-selling tasks including, but not limited to, administration, production and training. o Sets up personal sales expectations with Sales Manager and prepares and works to meet those goals. o Prepares estimates within the BIO ARBOR Care bidding metrics and margins for potential customers. o Continually prospects for new business and keeps sales pipeline full. o Visits a minimum of four client properties, daily, to maintain good customer client relations. Calls by phone to another 10 per day while asking for referrals. Ensures that a follow up call is made to each client immediately after a job has been completed to determine client satisfaction. o Maintains a high level of technical knowledge. o Develops and updates annual Plant Health Care Programs with your current customer base. Help our Plant Health Care department build their department as well. MARKETING Utilizes Local Office maintenance customer base and continue to cross sell our other services. o Maintains updated prospect and client mailing lists. o Maintains a rapport with allied organizations to promote education and a favorable company image. o Actively participates in professional, trade and/or civic organizations. o Networks with other green industry businesses.
