This job is a split property job located at two of Murfreesboro's finest apartment communities. Every other day you will be at the other property. A set schedule is already in place. Duties will include but are not limited to: Picking up grounds, pool, trash, pet waste stations, pressure washing, painting, drywall repair, electrical repair, plumbing repair, HVAC knowledge, work orders, make ready's (turning apartments). HVAC certification required (2 months to obtain). Work week is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with some mandatory overtime. Must be able to take on-call every 2 to 3 weeks. Seven day on call period.
