Candidates should be very familiar with commercial landscape construction, trenching, grading, irrigation, electrical systems relative low-voltage irrigation timers and plumbing. Candidates must be able to read commercial construction plans and follow construction schedules. Candidates must have valid identification, an Arizona Drivers License with no outstanding issues and must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Certified irrigation technicians are preferred and must have experience with solar LEIT wireless remote commercial grade timers. Any candidate who has not installed or managed a LEIT system before will not be considered for the supervisor position. Candidates must be able to effectively operate class 1 and class 2 heavy equipment and be familiar with safe operations. 5+ years experience required. The position(s) will require candidates to work in team format. Jobsite is located in south Scottsdale. Anticipated project time to complete- 4.5/6 months.
