POSITION DESCRIPTION This career opportunity is to fill a newly created position to meet the increasing demands of our highly successful construction operations. This position offers challenging opportunities in leadership and management as well as participation in company growth. This full time working crew leader will be directly responsible for managing field operations as well as interacting with office personal. In addition, the successful candidate will be directly responsible for the oversight and implementation of: Small to Large scale landscape construction projects. Commercial Snow Plowing Operations, Accurate record keeping and timely submittal of daily paperwork. Successful candidate will work effectively in a team environment. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Comfortable with / proven track record of managing a crew on landscape construction projects. Minimum of 1 year work experience in role as a crew leader / supervisor. Minimum of 5 years of commercial landscape construction experience. Basic blueprint comprehension / Plant Identification. Creative, pro-active problem solving skills Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to their full potential Good communication and motivational skills Landscape Construction operating experience of skid steer equipment.
