Job Title: OPERATIONS MANAGER Company: AeroScape Property Maintenance Location: Midvale, UT Description: POSITION DESCRIPTION: Aeroscape Property Maintenance & Landscaping is a Commercial Landscaping company headquartered in the Midvale, Utah that specializes in Commercial Maintenance and Snow Removal. Currently, we serve a wide range of customers, from apartments, corporate campuses, HOA's and retail centers. We are currently seeking a full time Operations Manager to oversee all of the operations and production. These operations include labor, equipment, safety, training, customer service and administration. RESPONSIBILTIES: Planning, Scheduling, Managing and Executing the production of all services in the company which include the following: a. Landscaping Maintenance (Pruning/Mulch/Edging/Cleanup/Enhancements, etc) b. Turf and IPM Programs c. Tree Services d. Irrigation Services e. Flower Program (Spring/Fall/Winter) f. Snow Plowing, Removal and De-Icing Create/ Manage and Execute Budgets a. Managing and enforcing budgets for each job to ensue jobs are completed to specs and budget b. Delivering timely and accurate reports and financials on each job c. Profit and loss Employee Management a. Creating, Implementing and enforcing Policy, Job Quality and Employee Performance b. Managing, training and developing employees and ensuring that employees are both results oriented and team players. Asset Management a. Managing fleet, assets, equipment b. Managing storage/warehouse/yard Purchasing a. Researching and negotiating with venders for best products at lowest costs (Plants/Mulch/Rock salt, etc) b. Company tools, assets and vehicles in tandem with Management as well as Team Managing Sub-contractors. Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years profit and loss responsibility for a profitable commercial landscape maintenance operation of $3 million in annual revenue or more Minimum 5 years managing people, equipment and operations in a profitable commercial landscape maintenance operation of $3 million in annual revenue or more Bachelors degree in Business or Green related studies preferred. Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) Strong Work ethic, Leader, Skilled people manager, strong financial/quantitative skills, honest, team building skills and driven to succeed. Must have prior experience in an operations management postion for a landscape company.

This position is a management position and reports to the director of operations. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of field supervisor experience, be knowledgeable of the area and have great leadership ability. Key responsibilities are: ? Responsible for Job Supervisors and Technicians daily work ? Responsible for daily scheduling of maintenance crews while ensuring efficiency standards and budgets are met ?
