Replace nonperforming employees. - Develop, mentor, and supervise new employees and identify promotable associates from crews. - Perform site audits to ensure properties are being maintained. - Visit sites to identify opportunities to enhance the beauty of the customer’s site. - Order all material needed on sites and ensure all equipment is being used properly and keep an inventory of equipment use and maintenance. - Assist in providing quotes for new maintenance proposals/installations - Ensure all projects are managed within budget. - Conduct monthly safety and training meetings. - Enforce safety and other mandatory company policies. - Follow up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job task include overseeing maintenance of numerous Refineries, Chemical plants, and commercial jobs. At present, Op's Mngr handles sales, dispatching, customer relations, inspections, job cost analysis. Services range from Lawn Maintenance, to Herbicide application, to large tract Tractor mowing.
