Operations Manager Residential Landscape Management Company 

Come and lead the team as we continue to grow in Southampton's high-end residential market.  Work directly with the owner of this 17-year-old company.   You will be responsible for the day to day running of the crews.   As well as Scheduling and Routing,  Training, Safety, Quality Control, Fleet Management, and Supplies.  This is a sampling of the day to day of the role but a full job description will be given out at the interview process  Only Landscape Professional need apply.

Candidates must possess the following:

• English speaking, bilingual a plus.

• 3 years experience as an Operations or Production Manager for a Landscape   maintenance company or division which includes supervisory experience.
• Bachelors, Associates or Certification with concentration in Horticulture or

           related field or in depth knowledge of horticulture, arboriculture and turf management.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Computer proficient.
• Ability to manage, lead and organize crews.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Valid clean driver’s license and no criminal record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3A pesticide license a plus.
