We are currently seeking a full time year round Groundskeeper to manage our landscaping and exterior hardscape for our private home. Overall property is 13 acres with 3 acres landscaped and the balance is wooded. Looking to bring up the level of acetic quality and care to a new level from the state the yard is in today.Responsibilities:Cut turf weekly and maintain to the highest degree of excellence.Blow off porches, terraces, driveways and walkways daily or as needed.Manage and personally execute all aspects of landscaping, trimming, fertilizing, pruning.Oversee seasonal work performed by outside contractors as necessary.Manage irrigation system, test water and soil frequently and work to bring the property to a high standard.Manage and help execute on new landscaping projects .Qualifications:Golf course experience requiredExpert in plant and tree careAbility to handle physical workload of working outside 100% of the time, year round.Very detail oriented and picky about ascetics .Deadline oriented and won't leave a job half done ever.Self starter and works well alone.
