Summary

Direct and manage day to day construction operations of approximately $30M while maintaining a focus on achieving the company’s strategic goals, maximizing profit margins and minimizing exposure to risk.

Implementing systems and processes necessary to maintain a high level of quality control and customer satisfaction while overseeing approximately 50 simultaneous open projects on average.

Demonstrate proactive leadership & management style to promote teamwork and cooperation among all 150 employees - Establish and reinforce desired company culture.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent and 5-7 years previous operations management experience, including forecasting, scheduling and real-time field operations management.
• Experience in landscape construction environment.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Successfully grew a commercial landscape construction niche
