We are looking for a maintenance team manager. You might love this job if you have:

  • A desire to grow and find new opportunities, while maintaining autonomy to improve processes

  • Very strong networking skills for building and maintaining internal and external business relationships

  • Problem solving agility in situations where there may be ambiguity

  • Ability to build and grow and sustain a book of business 

  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs as well as to lead and support a highly-skilled and motivated team

  • Enjoy collaborating and learning - you’ll meet and work with top experts in the field

We’ll think you are a great match if you have:

  • Certifications or degrees in horticulture, plant science, plant pathology, environmental science, landscape management or equivalent experience is strongly preferred

  • Are familiar with sustainable landscape management processes

  • Know the latest in irrigation and maintenance equipment

  • 5 or more years in the landscape industry

  • Speak fluent English and Spanish

  • Expertise in team-leadership

  • California valid drivers license (required)
