Austin area Landscape and Construction firm in search of a Landscape / Construction Estimator for its' Cedar Park location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of commercial landscape bidding and proposal development experience. 

Job Responsibilities:

Bidding:

Attend Pre-Bid meetings
Review project specifications
Determine materials and incorporate into bid
Review execution of proposed scope and build estimate
Review submissions, closeout and quality assurance sections and build estimates
Obtain Bid Bonds
Deliver material list to all vendors for quotes
Adjust labor rates
Determine applicable performance bonds and taxes
Thoroughly review estimate with plan prior to submission to Construction Manager for final review

Proposals:

Create proposals, make necessary adjustments and prepare same for submission

Post Bid:

Follow up with all contractors
Continuous review and tracking of all contracted work
Monitor for any available cost savings

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of active commercial construction or landscape estimating experience
