BRANCH MANAGER  - LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE                                 SAN DIEGO, CA

SUMMARY

The Branch Manager position requires a minimum of 3 years prior Branch Manager experience working in commercial landscape maintenance that includes both Commercial and HOA clients. Experience should reflect knowledge of all aspects of landscape maintenance management, enhancements, horticulture, client relations, and sales. The Branch Manager ensures all day to day operations operate seamlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 Years minimum experience as a Landscape Maintenance  Branch Manager
  • Ability to build and maintain client relations with an exceptional retention history
  • Extensive horticulture knowledge and experience
  • Strong knowledge of Landscape Maintenance and Enhancements
  • Experienced Manager and team player able to lead, coach and develop managers
  • Excellent verbal, email, and written communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred)
  • Valid CA driver's License / Insurable with company's insurance policy
  • Industry Certificates Preferred (Bachelor Degree related field, CLT, CLCA Water Management, ISA)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Goals for the Branch (sales, retention, labor-management)
  • Coach and mentor co-workers – direct reports on processes and procedures
  • Maintain open and constant communication with the team – ensure goals are met
  • Ensure all day-to-day operations operate seamlessly
  • Build, promote, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with clients
  • Provide fair and responsible solutions for customers
  • Generate clear and concise proposals and reports
  • Conduct meetings as necessary – contribute solutions to the growth of the company
  • Promote safety – ensure all Safety required reporting is completed by the team
