Qualifications: Knowledge and ability to perform general custodial and groundskeeping duties, as well as knowledge of materials, methods, implements and devices used in cleaning operations. Ability to perform moderately heavy manual labor including lifting 50 to 90 pounds, as well as the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Must possess a CT motor vehicle operators license and have possession of a dependable motor vehicle. Groundskeeping/landscaping experience preferred. Full-time year-round position.
