Job Overview:

Adecco is currently helping a local client in Bar Nunn seeking a reliable and motivated Janitor/Fill-in Grounds Keeper to join their team. This is a full-time, seasonal position that involves performing cleaning duties indoors as well as light landscaping outdoors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for staff and visitors, and will also assist with landscaping tasks, such as mowing, weed-eating, and light groundskeeping when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine janitorial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and bathroom sanitation.

Maintain the cleanliness ofmon areas, offices, and other facility spaces.

Assist with outdoor landscaping as needed, including lawn mowing, weed eating, and trimming.

Maintain grounds by removing debris and ensuring that exterior areas are well-kept and safe.

Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure the building and surrounding areas are in good condition.

Handle minor repairs and maintenance requests related to cleanliness or groundskeeping.

Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked.

Assist with other tasks or special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Previous experience in janitorial work or groundskeeping is a plus.

Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and landscaping equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Must be able to safely operate cleaning tools, lawnmowers, and other outdoor equipment.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
