Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large client portfolio in the construction industry. This role involves handling all construction documents for various projects, predominantly focusing on commercial interior renovations. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage high-profile client demands effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for construction documents across projects.
  • Assist project managers with daily responsibilities including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and material ordering.
  • Coordinate paperwork processing, invoicing, meeting minutes, obtaining COIs, and managing owner contracts.
Essential Skills
  • Expertise in construction management and documentation.
  • Experience with commercial interior renovations.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong background in handling construction documents and interior fit-outs.
  • Knowledge in processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Work Environment

The role is based full-time in the office located in Beltsville, MD, supporting project teams virtually. The immediate team includes senior -level management, providing an excellent opportunity for career advancement. The work environment is dynamic, with consistent projects from several repeat clients.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
