Looking to hire handyman/grounds keeper. This is mostly cleaning and taking care of the outside of a large home on Palm Island in Miami Beach. Things like blowing off the property, skim the pool, pressure wash, light landscaping, wash the cars and also handle general maintenance/repairs, change air filters, maybe some painting and so on.
Must speak English. Must pass background check. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to get in the attic or on the roof. Must be able to lift. Must be polite, friendly and helpful. Must have and use general hand tools and equipment.
This is full time, Monday to Friday. I need someone ASAP. Pay starts $20-$25 an hour, 40 hours a week. I will get you health insurance and everything if you can handle the job.
