Looking for a hard working and self motivated individual who is willing to work in all weather conditions completing soft landscaping work for Van der Pauw Landscaping. This job would include tasks such as planting trees and shrubs, laying sod, raking and shovelling soil, wheelbarrowing soil, and an opportunity for machine work.
Work is Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day and there are health and benefits offered after a successful 3 month probationary period.
Requirements:
- willingness to work in all weather conditions
- hard hat, safety vest, steel toe boots, gloves, rain gear
- ability to problem solve and work well with a team as well as on your own
- N or Class 5 drivers license

- Previous knowledge of plant species could help negotiate a higher starting wage
- Home base is in Maple Ridge so those living in close vicinity would be preferred
