Houseman/Groundskeeper - Private Estate in Beverly Hills We are seeking an experienced Houseman/Groundskeeper to join our team and maintain the pristine condition of a private estate in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate maintenance, organization, and outdoor equipment operation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and oversee the care of estate vehicles. Perform surface cleaning and art handling/movement as needed. Operate outdoor equipment, such as blowers and pressure washers. Ensure the organization and upkeep of outdoor spaces, maintaining the estate to the highest standards. Schedule: 4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Up to 30 hours per week Compensation: $40/hour 1099 contractor position Location: Private estate in Beverly Hills If you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we'd love to hear from you!
