We currently serve approximately 300 ongoing clients, mostly in the Upper Arlington area. The services we provide primarily include mowing, spring & fall cleanups, bed edging & mulching, pruning, planting, weed control, fertilization, pressure washing, snow removal, etc. I'm currently looking for an EXTREMELY HONEST, responsible, high quality individual who possesses the desire and capacity to serve as the #2 person within the company, with whom I can develop and maintain a VERY MATURE, respectful, mutually beneficial professional relationship. This position ABSOLUTELY REQUIRES the ability to work with and lead / supervise others toward accomplishing multiple goals / objectives in an EXTREMELY EFFICIENT and cost effective manner. Previous experience in the landscape industry is not necessarily a requirement for this position. Mowing: $20 - $30 hr. Snow Removal (non-supervisor): $25 - $35 Snow Removal Supervisor: $35 - $50 hr. Very, Very Basic Minimum Requirements: Must be mature, reliable and trustworthy. Must have a professional attitude and appearance. Must have a valid driver's license and good insurable driving record. Must have reliable transportation. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift at 50 lbs. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
