Full-Time Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining grounds and facilitates.

Perform grounds maintenance activities as assigned or by following an established work schedule.

Respond to work requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Perform maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with appropriate standards and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Full-Time Groundskeeper Job Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Previous experience in grounds maintenance in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting.

Knowledge of standard practices, tools, and terminology in landscaping, grounds maintenance, heavy equipment operation, and other assigned skill areas.

Ability to work in varied weather and temperature conditions.

Must be comfortable lifting/carrying up to 100 pounds.
