Groundskeeper at Marsden South
\n
Shift: Monday to Thursday and some weekends as needed. Hours: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
\n
Full-time, 40 hours weekly.
\n
Hourly Rate: $14
\n
Location: Ingleside, Texas
\n
Requirements:
\n
- You must be 18 years old
- You must have work authorization
- You must pass multiple safety tests
- You must have a driver's license
- Having a TWIC card is a plus
- Two years of experience are required.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
\n
Job Duties:
\n
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:
\n
- Keeping landscaping clean by inspecting the property and picking up any trash littering the grounds
- Mows, edges trims, prunes, rakes, plants, waters, and weeds
- Maintaining the outside of the building clean
- Will drive a golf cart to get around the building
- Work outside during hot and cold weather
- You'll help indoors: route check trash, empty trash, clean where needed, etc.
- Will be using an industrial lawn vacuum and other landscaping equipment
- Must cover janitorial positions if needed
