We are looking for a creative and motivated Landscape Architect/Designer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our collaborative and dynamic team.

As a Landscape Architect/Designer at Gregory Lombardi Design, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of design projects from concept through construction management. You will work closely with senior staff on high-profile projects, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the development of exceptional design solutions. This role requires a client-centric approach, as you'll be involved in developing strong client relationships and delivering designs that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of each project. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of design concepts, planning, and site analysis for high-end residential and institutional projects.

Produce design documentation including sketches, drawings, presentations, and 3D models.

Support the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and technical details.

Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and consultants to refine and implement design ideas.

Participate in client meetings and site visits, providing design input and technical support.

Build and maintain strong, client-focused relationships through clear communication and attention to client goals.

Conduct research on materials, plants, and construction methods.

Assist with project coordination and manage timelines effectively.

Ensure adherence to project goals, budgets, and deadlines.

Take reasonable measures to promote the business development interests of the Company, including, but not limited to:

Attending industry events and conducting outreach to build professional relationships within the industry and support ongoing and future Company growth

Attend and actively participate in Company-hosted events designed to:

Support continuing education, professional growth, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Promote camaraderie and build trust with fellow employees through social interaction and team-building opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.

0 to 4 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or a related field.

Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and Lumion.

Strong visual communication skills, including hand sketching and rendering.

Solid understanding of design principles, construction processes, and sustainable design practices.

Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently, and to build relationships with clients, industry colleagues, and team members.

A client-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs while delivering exceptional design solutions.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
