Foreman / Laborer Wanted

Serenity Property Maintenance LLC is looking for experienced and dependable laborer/foreman to preform snow removal and landscaping tasks, year-round. Winter hours are dependent on snowfall. Spring, Summer, and Fall hours are currently part time until we can qualify you to work for us full time.

We are a full-service landscaping company located in Niles. We service the Chicago North Side, and North Suburbs up to Gurnee.
Company Description
Looking for landscape laborer/foreman to build a career while preforming many tasks suitable to your skill set. We will work with you, taking your skills to the next level. Must be able to move 50+ lbs. Must hold a valid driver license and foreman must be able to drive a dump truck with its attached trailer when required.

Here is a summary of what we are expecting, and can help you become:

Landscape Laborer
-weekly lawn mowing and maintenance
-spring and fall cleanups/leaf removal
-aeration, over seeding, fertilizing, weed control
-spreading mulch/topsoil/gravel
-sod installation and lawn repair
-planting trees/shrubs/flowers etc
-operating landscape equipment (mowers, line trimmers, backpack blowers, aerators etc.)
-assisting Landscape Foreman with daily tasks

Landscape Foreman
-performing all tasks listed as Landscape Laborer
-overseeing Landscape Laborers
-driving company supplied vehicles
- valid driving license required
-time management
-picking up materials & supplies

Snow Removal
-be on call, ready to perform snow/ice removal
-push snow shovel
-push snow blower
-spread ice melt (salt, calcium chloride)
