The ideal candidate is physically fit, enjoys working outdoors in varied weather conditions, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.Wage: $20 to $25/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-time, seasonal with potential for year-round employmentEssential Functions and Duties:Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers and spread mulch, and topsoilMow, edge, and trim lawnsAssist with sod installation and preparationLoad and unload materials and equipmentOperate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowersAssist in the installation of fencing, measure and cut materials to specifications, dig post holes and set posts ensuring alignment and structural integrityAssist in installing and maintaining irrigation systemsHelp build patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other stone or paver featuresMaintain cleanliness and organization of job sitesQualifications:Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields preferredAbility to operate hand and power tools safelyPhysical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50lbsWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsValid driver's license & clean driving recordOur services are at no cost to you, so get in touch, quick!
