Maintenance/custodial technician

We are seeking a maintenance technician to work Monday through Friday, 30 hours a week. You will maintain a condominium property inside and out. You will be expected to keep all indoor common areas clean. This includes vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, and disinfecting. You will also be taking care of the grounds outside the building. This includes mowing, trimming, and clearing the sidewalks. You will be doing some gardening as well, such as planting, pulling weeds and pruning bushes. In the winter months you will do snow removal on the sidewalks. If you do not have experience, you will be trained. You must be respectful to the residents. This job is in Evergreen, so you must have reliable transportation, especially in the winter months. Snow removal is part of the job, and you will be expected to show up when it snows. Please respond to this post if you are interested.
