Groundskeeper

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds adhere to company standards.

• Proximity to outdoor attractions, including Yosemite National Park, Bass Lake, and Sierra National Forest
• Opportunity for outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, biking, rock climbing, camping, horseback riding, and much more!

• Mow the lawn using a hand, power, or riding mower and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls
• Landscape by planting and watering flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
• Sweep the walkway of debris and install lawn furniture
• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds
• Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance or repair for a commercial facility required

• A valid drivers license

• Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
• Ability to use ladders and perform various types of manual labor
• Ability to lift to 85 pounds occasionally
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
