QUALIFICATIONS: 1. A high school diploma.
Maintain a valid driver's license.

TERMS OF
EMPLOYMENT: 1. Work year: Twelve-months

JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE OF THE POSITION:
Groundskeeper 1st shift
LOCATION OF THE POSITION:
Bremen High School
REPORTS TO:
Building Manager/Chief
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Entire outside grounds / Sports fields. Building maintenance as necessary.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Maintain the appearance of the campus grounds.
- Empty all trash cans daily.
- Pick up all trash on grounds daily.
- Mark and maintain all sports fields.
- Maintain flower beds and all shrubbery.
- Ensure that all playing fields are ready in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintenance when necessary.
- Responsible for snow removal.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Maintain all grounds equipment (change oil, filters, grease, and keep equipment clean).
- Keep record of all scheduled maintenance service on equipment.
- Keep Chief informed of needed supplies.
- Report broken equipment to Chief.
- Snow removal when necessary. (Hours will vary).
- Additional duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
