Maintenance Mechanic - Landscaping Company

The full-time Maintenance Mechanic will perform and coordinate maintenance across our fleet of trucks and landscaping equipment. They will perform preventative maintenance across equipment including small engine repair and maintenance and fleet maintenance for light duty trucks and trailers. This is a full time, salaried position.

Job duties:

Track equipment hours and preventative maintenance needs
Track, schedule, and coordinate heavy duty fleet repairs and maintenance
Effectively record and communicate maintenance schedules to relevant team members and Senior Operations Manager
Position reports to the Senior Operations Manager, located in South Austin (78704)

Required Qualifications:

Lead mechanic experience (4-8 years preferred)
Driven, honest, highly motivated with an aptitude to learn and grow
Must be open to new ideas and opportunities and willing to put the team first
Computer proficiency required with general knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Available afternoons and evenings (only) Monday through Thursday and business hours Fridays
