Light Maintenance/Laborer/landscaping/Roofer

We are a small family owned company that owns rental homes in the University area, as well as additional properties. We are looking for an all around kind of person who can do light maintenance, drive a pickup truck with a dump trailer, pick up trash loads as needed and make dump runs. Must have a current license and insurance and be able to handle a truck and trailer. Must also know how to use landscaping tools for tree trims and yard cleans. We have all the tools needed to get these jobs done. Hours are Monday -Friday 8:00-5:00, once in a while, a Saturday. Must be a team player and a hard worker. Handyman and roofing skills a plus.
No health benefits, but pay is competitive.
