What we are looking for
As a Field Operations Agent, you will support the management team in all the day to day operational activities related to our AvantStay properties in the designated area. You will ensure a superior guest experience by auditing properties, maintaining supplies, and responding to concerns in a timely fashion. This position does require close proximity to the market and will require frequent travel to various sites within the designated area.
Must reside within 30-minutes of market area.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, which may not be an exhaustive list:
- Partner with Area Managers to ensure all outdoors spaces of our properties are functional and guest ready
- Ensuring trash cans are moved from home to the curb for 2x weekly.
- Returning trash cans from the curb to the home 2x weekly.
- Turning on/off pool heat for guest arrivals/departures
- Ensure BBQ grills are clean and propane is full with back up present.
- Landscape Maintenance: mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and trees, planting flowers, and maintaining flower beds, ensuring that the outdoor areas look neat and well-kept
- Weed Control: handle the removal of weeds from flower beds, lawns, and other landscaped areas. This may involve using tools such as weed whackers, hand tools, or chemical treatments.
- Pest Control: Monitoring for pests and implementing pest control measures as needed.
- Litter, Sand and Debris Removal: Keeping outdoor areas clean by picking up litter, fallen leaves, branches, blowing sand, and other debris. This may involve using tools such as rakes, leaf blowers, and trash receptacles.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and servicing landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Seasonal Tasks: Performing seasonal tasks such as power washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning.
- Safety Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify potential safety hazards such as uneven pathways, broken fences, or hazardous plants.
- Record-Keeping: Keeping records of maintenance activities, supplies used, and any issues encountered.
- Collaboration: Working with other members of the maintenance team and contractors to coordinate larger projects or address specialized needs.
- Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to guests and homeowners who may have questions about the outdoor areas or need help with specific requests.
- Move heavy objects and be on your feet for prolonged periods of time
