This is perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors, machines, and a peaceful environment with a flexible schedule and minimal oversight once you're trained. Weekly tasks include: Mowing (commercial zero-turn mower provided) Trimming / weed-eating around trees, fences, and structures Light cleanup or seasonal yard tasks as needed Driving my John Deere Gator to transport tools and supplies Who This Is For Reliable and shows up each week (can adjust around weather, but not looking for flakes) Can follow instructions and take pride in a job well done Must be at least 16 years old (due to equipment use) Great for a high schooler, college student, or responsible young adult No drugs, no drama, no sketchy history I run a clean and safe place Comfortable working independently outdoors with light guidance when needed A Bit About Me I'm a local business owner, and family man.
