Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
-Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

-Assist with data entry and database management.
-Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
-Support other departments with administrative needs.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
