Lawn Care Division Manager

We need an experienced Lawn Care Technician who can manage the team and help build this division of our company.

Must have a valid Washington pesticide license or be willing to obtain one. 

Duties to include the following:

Manage our team as they do the following.

- Fertilizer applications

- Weed spraying

- Soil sterilization.

- Indoor & outdoor insect treatments.

-Rodent control.

-Tree spraying.

-Excellent communication & customer service skills

- Upselling spray services

-Proper maintenance of equipment

Have the experiance to keep the proper inventory of products and keep equipment maintained

As a Licensed Spray Technician, you will be responsible for providing effective pest control solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the General Manager, your core expertise in pest control will be complemented by your qualified sales skills to promote services and build client relationships. Additionally, your relevant skills in lawn care, landscaping, and the use of power and manual spray equipment will enhance your ability to perform tasks efficiently. A valid driver's license and a current pesticide license are mandatory for this role, as you will be traveling to various job sites with different pesticides and delivering top-quality service.
