LANDSCAPER / PROPERTY GROUNDSKEEPER QUEENS, NY
We are seeking a reliable and experienced landscaper to maintain three small residential properties in Queens, New York.
Duties Include:
Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
Maintaining hedges, shrubs, and small trees
Sweeping walkways and clearing debris
Seasonal cleanup (fall leaves, spring prep, etc.)
Reporting any property maintenance concerns promptly
Requirements:
Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
Able to work independently and reliably
Must have basic tools (lawnmower, trimmer, etc.) or reliable access to them
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable
References required
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time: 12 days per week, year-round
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and quality of work
