Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Communications Coordinator to support our communications, marketing, and branding efforts. This role will assist in creating and testing digital content, managing updates, and ensuring materials meet quality standards before release. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled in both content creation and coordination. This position will join the team on a 6-month contract that is ongoing. Job training will be held in person. After being fully trained, the schedule will be 3 days in office (downtown) and 2 days remotely.

Hours Full-time, Full-time, Monday to Friday (3 days in office, 2 days remotely) Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $27 an hour Responsibilities- Assist with email testing, proofreading, and verifying content before distribution.
- Coordinate and track content updates across digital platforms.
- Create images for emails, social media, and websites as needed.
- Design or update flyers using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Help coordinate testing for online store webpages.
- Assist with inventory distribution for promotional or branded items.
- Draft written content for emails, announcements, and campaigns.
- Experience in digital communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
