Youd be responsible for:
Designing Landscapes: Collaborating with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, creating landscape designs that meet their needs and vision.
Planting: Selecting and planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to design plans and environmental considerations.
Hardscape Installation: Building features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fences using various materials like stone, brick, concrete, or wood.
Lawn Care: Seeding, sodding, mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and maintaining lawns to ensure healthy growth and appearance.
Pruning and Trimming: Pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, and shaping plants to maintain desired size, shape, and health.
Mulching: Applying mulch to garden beds to conserve moisture, suppress weeds, and improve soil health.
You might be a good fit if you have:
6 months commercial landscape experience preferred but not required
And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
Ability to work 10+ hours some days with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work available)
Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
Ability to work in extreme conditions (Heat, cold, precipitation)
Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)
Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day.
Noise levels may be loud at times and use of ear plugs may be required (e.g., outdoor conditions, backpack blowers, skid steer, trimmers)
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
