Step Progression: Competitive wage progression within the graderates increase with credited years of experience, up to $38.08per hour at the top step.
Impact Without Patient Care
Although you wont provide direct patient care, your efforts directly enhance the healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff while you enjoy the island lifestyle.
Essential Functions
Grounds Equipment: Operate, clean, and maintain lawnmowers, snowblowers, leafblowers, power sweepers, and other groundskeeping tools.
Horticulture Care: Plant, water, trim, and prune flowers, shrubs, and small trees; maintain flower beds and boxes.
Outdoor Upkeep: Mow lawns, weed, rake, hedgetrim, sweep walkways/parking lots, remove litter, and care for outdoor furniture.
InclementWeather Support: Assist with indoor cleaning when needed and take an active role in snow removal and storm preparation.
Safety & Emergency Response: Help ensure a safe physical plant; respond to fire alarms and assist emergency responders as required.
