Groundskeeper/ Light Maintenance Technician Location: Link Apartments Broad Ave, Memphis, TN Department: Multifamily Schedule: Part-Time Reports to: Property Manager About the Role: Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, being outside, and keeping things looking great? We're looking for a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician to help us keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained. This part-time role is perfect for someone with experience in light maintenance and general upkeep who takes pride in their work and wants to make a difference in our community. What You'll Do: Keep outdoor areas, hallways, and public spaces clean and trash-free Perform basic maintenance work like: Changing light bulbs Small plumbing repairs Painting and drywall touch-ups Replacing air filters Help with cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents Assist with basic pool upkeep (we'll train you if needed!)
