Grounds Maintenance Worker (2026)

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies - Snow Mountain Ranch, a mission-driven family and group conference and retreat center that includes a residential camp and serves approximately 50,000 guests annually. The Grounds Maintenance Worker is primarily responsible for the upkeep, beautification, and enhancement of the Snow Mountain Ranch outdoor grounds. This role ensures that all exterior spaces are safe, clean, and visually welcoming for guests, staff, and volunteers, contributing directly to the overall guest experience and environmental stewardship of the property.
