What Youll Do

• Apply top-quality, environmentally responsible lawn care treatments
• Aerate and seed lawns to help them thrive
• Perform exterior pesticide applications
• Operate tools, equipment, vans, and trailers safely
• Assist with shop and basic mechanical work
• Educate customers and recommend services that fit their needs
• Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience

What Were Looking For

• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to pass Utah Pesticide Applicator License tests
• Comfortable working solo, in pairs, and as part of a team
• A desire to learn, grow, and improve

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
