Beechmont Country Club is seeking dependable and motivated Seasonal Agronomy Team Members to support golf course operations during the 2026 season. Both full-time seasonal and part-time positions are available.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working outdoors, gaining golf course experience, or beginning a career in turfgrass management. Team members will play a key role in helping maintain the newly renovated golf course while working in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere at a high-level private facility.

Season Date: Seasonal Agronomy Team Member (Seasonal Full-Time & Part-Time) Pay: $15–$17/hour (DOE) Start: April 2026 Typical End: August through October 2026 End dates may vary based upon return to school schedules and weather conditions Full-time and part-time schedules available Weekend and early morning availability preferred Key Responsibilities :
Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Bunker maintenance and detail work (including newly renovated bunkers)
String trimming, edging, and general course cleanup
Divot filling and ball mark repair
Assist with irrigation operation and hand watering as needed
Support tournament and event preparation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work as part of a team to deliver championship-level conditions

Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable and punctual
Team-oriented mindset Golf course or landscaping experience helpful but not required
Willing to train motivated candidates

Compensation & Benefits:
$15–$17/hour (DOE)
