Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn treatments using proper equipment and techniquesCommunicate professionally with customers and answer basic service questionsExplain Lawn Squad programs and recommend additional services when appropriateComplete service calls following company proceduresMaintain clean, safe, and organized vehicles and equipmentDocument treatments and stay in communication with customers to help prevent lawn issuesWork outdoors in varying weather conditionsCoordinate with branch staff as needed to support customer needs

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record that qualifies for company vehicle useAbility to lift 50 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working outdoors in different weatherStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently after trainingReliable and able to meet daily route expectations

Physical Requirements:

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Ability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, and/or with vibrationWorking with mechanical and chemical hazards and conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and/or poor ventilationAbility to climb, talk, crouch, stand, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles
