Join the Chapman Tucson Market team as a Landscape Maintenance Technician in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor environments by performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. Your efforts will help ensure the safety, aesthetics, and functionality of our commercial landscapes.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

Maintain shrubs, trees, and plant beds

Monitor and adjust irrigation systems

Keep grounds free of debris and hazards

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely

Ensure property appearance meets high commercial standards

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus

Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Valid driver's license (required)
