Landscape Architect

We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join a dynamic and growing team in the Woodstock, MD area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of land development, commercial, and residential projects, contributing to creative and sustainable site design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop landscape plans, planting designs, and site layouts
• Prepare construction documents and details
• Collaborate with civil engineers, planners, and project managers
• Perform site analysis, zoning review, and code compliance
• Assist with project coordination and client communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture
• 310+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or landscape design software
• Knowledge of local zoning and environmental regulations
• Licensure (PLA/RLA) or on track preferred
