Grounds/Maintenance

Candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and other landscaped spaces as well as building maintenance for properties as directed.

Specific duties:

• Lawn Care - mowing, edging, fertilizing and watering
• Landscape Maintenance - planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants; weeding, mulching and pruning
• Pest and Disease Control - applying pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments to plants and soil
• Debris Removal - clearing leaves, branches and other waste from the grounds
• Snow and Ice Removal - clearing snow and ice from walkways, parking lots and other areas during winter months
• Equipment Maintenance - maintaining and repairing landscaping equipment like mowers and trimmers
• Building Maintenance - performing routine or preventative maintenance and troubleshooting and repairing minor mechanical issues
• General Upkeep - sweeping walkways, emptying trash and performing minor repairs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50lbs+.

Full-Time, Salary commensurate with experience.
