Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the sameand your office is the great outdoors!

PAY: $16/hour + up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)

What You'll Be Doing:

Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained

Landscaping and general grounds upkeep

Trash removal and clean up

Tackling seasonal tasksyes, even snow removal when needed
