Job Summary: Employer is seeking to fill (6) openings from 6/15/2026-12/11/2026 in Monmouth, Oregon.
Requirements: Possess 2 months of Agricultural experience.
Employer Notes: Employer agrees to provide housing for those who are not reasonably able to return to their residence at the end of the workday. Employer agrees to provide transportation between the employer provided housing and the employer's place(s) of employment at no cost to the worker. Employer agrees to provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
Job Duties: Spot weed spraying, limb removal, hoeing weeds, landscaping at the shop or office, planting, seedling and maintenance of existing crops, cultivate soil, sow crops and control weeds by hand pulling, slashing, rotary hoeing or spraying, clean and sterilize farm equipment, maintain and repair farm related equipment, plant cover crops to control weeds and improve soil, follow food and safety guidelines, maintain a safe and healthy work area and report any safety concerns to the supervisor, maneuver up to 60 lbs.
Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7:00AM-1:30 PM, 35 hours per week. Guarantee of work for 3/4 of the contract.
Wage: $15.25 per hour, paid biweekly. Deductions: All required State and Federal deductions.
