• Responsible for applying pesticides in support of landscape maintenance and tree care operations.
• Organizes, schedules and performs specific on-site job tasks efficiently.
• Accurately identify the target pest, calibrate equipment and apply pesticides according to recommended label rates.
• Complete reports, maintain equipment and chemical storage area.
• Supervise and train personnel in safe pesticide application. The Plant Health Care Tech may be asked to conduct annual pesticide training as required by the State.
