Landscape Crew Leader / Field Manager

Crew Leader / Field Manager responsible for running landscape maintenance routes and small-to-mid size projects. This role leads a crew, manages job execution on-site, and ensures all work meets a high professional standard without supervision.

Lead and manage a crew on daily jobs

Run maintenance routes and execute landscape projects start to finish

Deliver clean mowing lines, edging, trimming, and overall detail

Lead and perform installs including planting, sod, grading, mulch/rock.

Keep jobs on schedule, manage crew productivity, and ensure quality control

Communicate job progress and problem-solve on-site

Maintain equipment and ensure proper use

5+ years landscaping experience

Proven crew leadership

Experience in both maintenance and project work

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Reliable and consistent (on time, every time)

Able to work independently and make decisions in the field

Speak English

Clean driving record (able to drive company truck)

This role includes both maintenance AND hands-on project work you should be comfortable executing:

• Planting and bed installs
• Sod and basic grading
• Drip and sprinkler repairs
• Mulch/rock installs and clean-ups
• Light trenching and job prep

You will be expected to lead these jobs on-site , not just assist

If your experience is mostly mowing and basic maintenance, this wont be a fit
