Landscape Worker (Glenaire) Location: Cary, NC Job Id: 2720 # of Openings: 1 Together we CAN! Full-time (Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm) The Groundskeeper provides service to the residents in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level. This service includes: General labor Excellent customer service and time management skills Drivers license preferred Operate sprinkling equipment and water lawns. Plant installation Mulch and pine straw installation Landscape lighting maintenance Water feature maintenance Prune/trim trees and hedges. Backpack blowing entrances, parking lots, etc Inspect flowers, shrubs and trees for evidence of insects, fungi and other pests. Spray and dust chemicals on infected areas. Rake leaves and grass, clean gutters. Clean wooded areas. Pressure washing Drain and irrigation maintenance Pick up rubbish. Clean side walks and driveways. Move tables and furniture. Training provided! Required: Valid Drivers License Desire to serve senior adults Positive outlook Ability to take initiative and be detailed oriented Working independently and on a team Flexible and able to handle a fast pace Great communication and customer service skills Why Us?
